Christmas Wishes
- What I want for Christmas is not
found in things external;
But in the joy within my heart
produced by things eternal.
Eternal love for God and man,
eternal peace and joy
Eternal trust in God above
and faith without alloy.
I want a quiet, peaceful time-
a time to kneel and pray
And meditate on blessings
that come to me each day.
I want the love of family,
of friends and neighbors dear.
This is my wish on Christmas
morn to last throughout the year.
