Added A Few Links

I’ve added a few excellent links that I’ve found through friends on Facebook. I’m very glad that things are looking up as far as the Gulf Oil Spill. We all know they have a long ways to go and everyone will remain in my prayers.

Supporting Israel 200%!

June 6, 2010 on 10:41 am | In Uncategorized | 184 Comments

I am boycotting any programs that have Anti-Semitic content, especially talk. I will, also, boycott Helen Thomas, the White House reporter, as I have earlier for other remarks she has made. I pray that she is relieved of her duties. I do not feel she is an objective journalist. I am sure that some of these programs believe they are doing such a good thing by going into the details of what happened at the blockade of Gaza last week. I see through them, obviously. Enough discussion was had right after the incedent. I am a huge supporter of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and support Israel 200%! I know that Israel is and always will be the apple of God’s Eye. Praise Yehovah!

Too Emotional

May 26, 2010 on 11:15 am | In Uncategorized | 1 Comment

The gulf oil spill is even more emotional for me now that I’ve realized that both mine and my husband’s families are involved. They may be distant cousins, but they are family all the same. Both parts of our families are commercial fishermen. This will change their way of life, at the very least. It is so sad. The Obama administration could, at least, put the military to help the states that are dealing with this. That would be one big step in the right direction. I just heard a report on CNN that made me cry. The reporter said that it looked like some of the oil was coming straight from the leak. Yehovah, please help us!

Lost & Found

May 24, 2010 on 12:54 pm | In Uncategorized | 147 Comments

I don’t know how many fellow Losties may be following my blog, but I’ve not mentioned it until after the finale. I know many aren’t satisfied or happy with the ending, but I am. I believe that we all have our own beliefs in our faith and this was a very moving and touching answer for some including me. I am a fan of many of the cast members, but my favorite is Daniel Dae Kim and I can’t wait for “Hawaii Five-O” to begin in the Fall. I’ll be looking for other cast members and where they will be, too, of course. As Jimmy Kimmel’s special said, “Aloha To Lost”, indeed. ♥♥♥

Ryo Is Coming To The PGA

May 23, 2010 on 6:38 am | In Uncategorized | 3 Comments

This is the most exciting news I’ve heard in some time. Ryo Ishakawa is 18 years old and shot a 58 recently as he won the Crowns Tournament in Japan. I saw him play at the Masters and I was quite interested in his performance. He’s also known as “the bashful prince”.  He’ll be playing, at least, the four majors here. We need the youngest best world gofers here no doubt and he’s number 1 now. He will be one to keep our eyes on. While I’m missing AK and waiting for him to come back soon, this is very welcome and should be extremely fun and interesting.

I’ve been watching the ladies play a set match and I’m all for Jihai Shin who is Number One in the world in Ladies’ Golf. Jihai is my favorite ladies’ golfer. She won the Consolation Round at the Sybase Match Play today. And she sings, too. ☺ I’ll have to see if I can find her cd.

Michelle Wie who is number 8 has an attitude. She is one of AK’s friends, so I was giving her the benefit of the doubt, especially knowing of her when she was a teenager. I wish her well, but she will have to earn it as far as I’m concerned.

Welcome to the PGA, Ryo! We’ll have to rewrite the song, “I go to Rio” to “I go to Ryo” now, won’t we? ☺☺

Holy Spirit (Ruach Ha Kodesh) Is Moving

May 22, 2010 on 9:21 am | In Uncategorized | 1 Comment

The Precious Holy Spirit (Ruach Ha Kodesh) has been moving all week quite strongly! Tommorrow is Pentecost Sunday here and I’m praying that He will renew and refresh us all with His Fire! I feel that He’ll continue moving in His very strong way into next week, at least, and hopefully for much longer.  I have been feeling Him and he is wonderful! Let us all pray that He will continue to  send us His Fire! Amen!

BP Gulf Oil Spill

May 21, 2010 on 3:55 pm | In Uncategorized | 11 Comments

The BP gulf oil spill has been too upsetting to even blog about for sometime. It upsets me in several ways…the way it is ruining our eco-system and I have family members on the gulf of Louisiana. Not to mention all the fishermen and women who are losing their jobs and what they love to do, although they’ve been given jobs to help fight the spill. It’s very sad. I love brown pelicans, turtles, fish, dolphins….and all the wildlife that is being effected. I am very glad to hear that Kevin Costner and others are trying to help as well. There have been many people coming forth to help. I am praying for Gov. Bobby Jindal and all the Louisiana people who are doing their best to prevent it from getting any worse. So many are in my prayers now. I feel in my way that BP are the first ones to blame and then the Obama administration for not coming down there and doing something sooner than they did. I pray that it will not be as major as so many are predicting and that God will help everyone who is down there helping to do the right things. I am not very far from Louisiana and everyone else on the gulf feels this strongly.

Wild Branch Blog

May 19, 2010 on 5:45 pm | In Uncategorized | 1 Comment

I was inspired to change this in the blog’s title, because I now realize that we are in the Wild Branch of The Vine as was Elijah.  \o/\o/Praise Yehovah! I don’t ever remember hearing that we are on the Wild Branch before. Thank you, Brother Bill Cloud for pointing that out. ☺☺

More To Come

May 18, 2010 on 9:11 pm | In Uncategorized | No Comments

What I said in the last post is not only political, but across the board. It’s only the beginning. I’m so looking forward to seeing what all Yehovah will do. Of course, we have a part to play as well. We have to pray and do what we can do, then pray and be patient. I don’t believe we’ll have to be very patient at all to see things beginning to come to pass. Praise Yehovah!

Shavuot

May 18, 2010 on 11:59 am | In Uncategorized | No Comments

Shalom, Everyone! The feast of Shavuot (Pentecost) is just beginning in Jerusalem as I’m writing this. I believe strongly that big things will happen in the world within the next three days….and there will be decisions made that will cause big changes soon. Some thing are pretty obvious to me, but I will be waiting on God and praying to see all that He will do. Praise Yehovah! He very much confounds the wise and am very thankful for that!
